*Note - Plugs begin shipping the 1st week of September and October. Orders will be shipped in the order in which they were placed. 

Hoss will conduct a full assessment of plants before they are shipped to ensure healthy plants are shipped to you. We recommend transplanting your plugs the same day you receive them or the next day. It is the customer's responsibility to assess their own weather conditions and planting times prior to ordering, please do not order if it's too early.

If plants, upon arrival, are found to be in questionable health, please email pictures to Customer Support at [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will promptly review your concerns and submission. If your plants are not watered or planted in a timely manner, they may not survive.
